When to stop ‘raging’ and to let go of the anger

The anger in my body has subsided.

I don’t feel like I’m in a rage.

Instead, I’m simply grateful for the feeling of being alive.

I’m not in the rage that drives me to act, but the relief of knowing I’m alive.

And now I’m a better person.

It’s amazing.
